Ghana's Joshua Clottey has agreed on terms to fight Welterweight champ Manny Pacquiao on March 13th at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington Texas.  Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Top Rank's Bob Arum and Todd duBoef came to an agreement on the fight venue after various meetings with Jones and a tour of the facility.  The fighters were confirmed after negotiations between Pacquaio's camp and Floyd Mayweathers  representatives, Golden Boy promotions broke off.                                                                                                                                     Clottey (35-3, 20 KOs) last fought in a split-decision loss to Miguel Cotto on June 13, a fight many believed Clottey should have won.  Clottey had been on tap to fight Carlos Quintana on December 5th but the undercard bout was called off when Kelly Pavlik pulled out of the main event against Paul Williams with a lingering hand injury. Pacquiao is 50-3-2, 38 KOs and is widely regarded as one of the two best boxers(along with Mayweather) in the sport today.
